I'm a mother of 2 wonderful kiddos, a volunteer at the local elementary school and have a professional background spanning almost 20 years in graphic design and photography.

Face Painting by Eileen D. was born from a great desire to do something fun, creative and joyful, to bring happiness to every face I meet.
I use only professional face paints with ingredients safe for use in Canada and cosmetic grade glitter specifically designed for use near eyes. I primarily use FAB, TAG, Kryvaline (a vegan line of face paint) and Snazaroo, the only face paint with a child toy safety rating.
While I do my best to bring smiles everywhere I go, for safety reasons I am unable to paint on children under 2 years of age or anyone who is unwilling. For sanitary reasons, I cannot paint anyone who is or appears to be sick or suffering from cold sores, conjunctivitis, ringworm, sunburn, eczema, any infectious skin condition or open wounds. When possible I will offer to do an arm or leg painting instead. Any one with skin allergies or sensitive skin should either not participate or have a patch test completed. Face painting is fun but done at your own risk.
Here's a tip!
To remove face paint use a face-safe soap (face wash or baby shampoo) and rub into paint. Let sit for 30 seconds and wipe off with a damp wash cloth or paper towel. Paint can stain fabric so be sure to use a dark wash cloth. If any residual colour is left behind, rub a face safe lotion onto the skin and let sit for a few minutes before wiping away.
